Overview
Back in June 2020 soon after the pandemic impacted billions of students & teachers around the world, few of us in IDC set out on an Edu inquiry. This cross-product inquiry was meant to identify unmet & unarticulated needs of students & teachers in emerging markets like India. The foundational research phase was intended to be open-ended and was spread across geographies & markets. This talk will explore how we converged to connect the dots between user segments, insights & early design directions for the India chapter.
