Overview
Design teams move fast and are driven by a pursuit of innovation to make people’s lives better. Unfortunately, this can lead to cutting corners when thinking about users’ real-life scenarios, and the resulting vulnerabilities. We know we shouldn’t “design for ourselves,” but how can we stretch our imaginations beyond the familiar, while staying on track with our deadlines? At LinkedIn, we’ve developed three workshop toolkits that teams can use to challenge their assumptions. This talk will introduce them, and share insights about the intersectionality of trust and inclusive design at LinkedIn.
