Overview
In 2019, a grassroots group on LinkedIn's UX research team formed a community of practice to ensure mindful commitment to inform frameworks for, and practical guidance around, completing inclusive and ethical research. For the next three years, this group designed, deployed, and socialized dozens of materials and processes to mature our practice. In this talk, participants in this effort will share processes and lessons learned for innovating, organizing, and motivating support for inclusive research, grounded in the values of ethical, culturally responsive, and participatory design.
