Co-designing for more inclusive AI

Inclusive designInclusive design
Overview

AI is transforming the way we design and use technology, but it also poses significant ethical and social challenges. How can we ensure that AI systems are fair, unbiased, and respectful of human values and preferences? How can we address issues of data ownership, privacy, and credit in AI? How can we educate ourselves and others about the ethical implications of AI? How can we promote diversity and inclusion in AI development and deployment? How can we collaborate with communities and stakeholders to make AI work for everyone? These are some of the questions that we will explore in this panel discussion with Microsoft folks who are advancing inclusivity and equity in AI. We will learn from their experiences, insights, and best practices on how to design and implement AI systems that are ethical, responsible, and beneficial for all. We will also discuss the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead in making AI more inclusive and equitable.
