Overview
UXR and Design aim to understand how users interact, express themselves, and navigate across M365. But today, tools to support user behavior analyses across all M365 are nonexistent for UXR and designers seeking an efficient way to ask questions from big data without wasting time locating the correct data source or requiring a PM and data science to do it for them. We’ll share research insights and design concepts from an FHL project that explored how to help UXR and designers work with big data.
