Cognitive biases in our lives and work

User researchUser research
Overview

We all make millions of decisions a day, the majority through a quick and automatic “System 1” processing that relies on useful heuristics or “rules of thumb.” Join Sam Neufeld and Beth Piña, UX Researchers and social psychologists, to explore common heuristics and how they can lead to errors and biases that affect our personal and work lives. This will be a fun and engaging session, so come ready to reflect and contribute to the conversation!
