Azure Cross-Sell grew from a grassroots initiative into a v-team effort with experimentation success generating over $2 million incremental Azure revenue by helping customers discover and achieve more on Azure. In this talk, you will be immersed in the journey of how this multi-disciplinary group (including Business Planning, DesignOps, Design, Research, Content Design, PM) invests in empowering customers and how we’ve created a set of principles and design patterns for Azure Cross-Sell scenarios to be adopted by the Azure ecosystem and beyond.
