IMPACT
About

Abigail Steinem is a designer and at heart, an educator, which informs her human-centered design UX process every day. She eats, sleeps, and breathes the needs of humans as she leads the Trusted Relation Experiences team (whom she adores!). Monday-night family dinners are her favorite! With a Masters of Design in Service, Product, and Interaction design from University of Washington (2015), her skills are best put towards untangling complicated end-to-end UX while leading the multi-disciplinary EDU Audience UX Team (whom she adores!). As a subject matter expert on Education and GenZ/Gen Alpha product users, she is currently focused on our Windows strategy to support the ever-evolving hybrid-learning environment. In her free time, she volunteers with the Seattle Aquarium, is an avid metalsmith and rock nerd, and loves her Monday-night family dinners.
